LOS ANGELES, June 21: Rapper Iggy Azalea got her ex boyfriend Nick Young’s classic car towed away from her home after announcing that she ended her engagement to the basketball player.
The 26-year-old “Black Widow” rapper gave Young the car for Christmas in 2014.
In a picture, Young’s blue 1962 Chevy Impala was seen being rolled onto a tow-truck outside the Australian rapper’s Los Angeles residence, reported TMZ.
Young loved the car and he several times drove it to Lakers practice. He was also once spotted taking Azalea for a spin while enjoying the city with the top down.
The rapper announced her breakup with the 31-year-old athlete on Sunday. She posted on Instagram a screen shot which read, “Unfortunately, although I love Nick and I have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him – It’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to.
“I genuinely wish Nick the best. It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned you’re entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page.”
The split came three months after the news of the Los Angeles Lakers player cheating on her with a younger woman broke. (PTI)
