JAMMU, Feb 12: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for fresh admission for the January 2024 session till 15th of February, 2024.
Before filling the admission form online, a candidate needs to create a User ID and Password on the SAMARTH portal and be ready with a mobile number, email ID, properly scanned academic documents, photograph and Bank Debit /Credit/Net Banking for payment of fee.
Applicants can access the IGNOU admission portal 2024 at IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in or by directly following the link https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
In a press statement, Regional Director Dr Jai Prakash Verma informed that learners must exercise due caution in making online transactions and as far as possible must use their own card/net banking to make payment and in case the learners are using third-party services (cyber cafe or some other outlet) for submission of re-registration form, they must ensure that the courses have been correctly chosen and payment of programme fee has been made successfully.
