Srinagar, Dec 2: Ghulam Ahmad Rather, 85, father-in-law of Abdul Ghani Mir, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir passed away today after a brief spell of illness.
The funeral prayers of late Rather were held at his ancestral village Ruhu in Anantnag district where his body was laid to rest.
