JAMMU, July 28: Sushila Devi, mother of Inspector General of Police Headquarters, Surinder Gupta, passed away this evening at her Roop Nagar residence near Janipura.
Cremation will take place at 1 pm at Jogi Gate cremation ground on July 29 (Saturday).
She is survived by her husband Madan Lal Gupta and two sons.
Several senior police and other officers and prominent citizens from other walks of life have conveyed condolences to Surinder Gupta and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
