JAMMU, Mar 25: IGP Jammu, Danesh Rana visited Police Control Room Jammu /DPO Jammu/Signal Centre to take stock of the functioning of the Police Control Room.
During his maiden visit, IGP interacted with the incharge of various sections of PCR Jammu OPS, Dial-100, CCTV, Women Help Line, Deployment Section, PRO Section, Main Office and enquired about the functioning of all the sections.
He impressed upon the Incharges of all the sections to work for further improvement and provide the best available services to the masses promptly and quickly. IGP also took stock of the ongoing construction work in the PCR /DPO Jammu for the establishment of Dial-100 and other renovation works.
SSP PCR Ashok Sharma briefed the IGP Jammu about the functioning of the PCR besides the construction work executed by the Police Housing Corporation.
SSP Jammu Uttam Chand, Addl. SP PCR, DySPs PCR accompanied the IGP during his visit.
