IHPLB flays SASB

JAMMU, May 24: International Hindu Personal Law Board (IHPLB) today flayed the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB) for curtailment of the Amarnath Yatra to 39 days.
A meeting of IHPLB was held under the chairmanship of its president, Romesh Gupta. While speaking, Gupta said that during election, leaders of Jammu raised hollow slogans of discrimination with Jammu and on getting elected they became the slaves of the Kashmir leadership. He said that not even a single Congress leader uttered any word on the curtailment of the Amarnath Yatra.
IHPLB urged the Government and Shri Amarnath Shrine Board to commence the Amarnath Yatra from Jyaistha Purnima.
Among others present were senior vice president Suman Sharma, vice president Kuldeep Gupta, general secretary Bhagwati Sharma, secretary Shakti Sharma, president Women Wing Santosh Mehta, secretary Vishu Vaid and joint secretary Amita Ghai.
