NEW DELHI, July 29: Infrastructure company IL&FS Transportation Networks today said it has won a Rs 1,885.74 crore road project in Maharashtra from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
The project pertains to widening of Fagne-Gujarat /Maharashtra border section of NH-6 under National Highways Development Project (NHDP) phase 11.
“The Company had submitted a bid with the NHAI for 4-Ianing of Fagne-Gujarat/Maharashtra border section of NH-6 in Maharashtra from km 510 to km 650.794 on BOT (toll) basis on DBFOT (design, build, finance, operate and transfer) pattern under NHDP Phase-IV,” it said in a BSE filing.
The company has been awarded the project through issuance of a letter of award, it said adding, “The Company had quoted a grant off Rs 245.14 crores for the project.”
It said the concession period for the project will be 19 years including construction period of 910 days and the estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,885.74 crore. (PTI)
