Srinagar, Nov 20: Locals of Centre Avenue Lane in Illahi Bagh area Bacchpora today accused Roads and Buildings (R&B) department of lackadaisical approach, saying they have not completed the construction of road.
The locals said that for last one month the material for road construction is lying in heaps in around one kilometer lane stretch.
The locals said that due to the dumping of the material during the night, they are not able to bring out their cars from their compounds. “Our vehicles are trapped inside our compounds,” they said.
