RAJOURI, Oct 30: An illegal clinical laboratory and Nursing Home were sealed by the District Administration in Rajouri today.
Official sources said that a team of officials led by Addl DC Rajouri, Sher Singh and assisted by ACR, CMO and Tehsildar Rajouri conducted surprise checking in some clinics/ labs and Nursing Homes and sealed Swastik Lab and an illegal Nursing Home being run in a three room underground building complex at Kheora. It was being running under the shop 7-Sky Medicates. Some women indulged in heated arguments with the officials during raid. But the officials later sealed the building. The Addl DC directed Tehsildar for registration of Fir against the people/ women who allegedly interfered in the Govt activity. Many labs were found locked as their operators went underground after sensing trouble.
The District Administration sought complete detail of the illegally running nursing homes, clinical labs, diagnostic centers etc in district Rajouri from the Chief Medical Officer.
