JAMMU, Feb 17: Police in Jammu’s Jhajjar Kotli area claimed today that they have arrested a bootlegger and seized from his possession 110 bottles and 72 cans of illicit liquor.
They said that Gulshan Verma of Sialna, Ramkot, Kathua was arrested with the illicit liquor from Suketar area.
The accused has been booked in case FIR number 19/2023 under section 48(a) of the Excise Act registered at Police Station Jhajjar Kotli and further investigations taken up, they said.
