SRINAGAR, May 25: Police today seized 20 bottles of illicit liquor in Anantnag district.
A police spokesman said acting on specific information, police recovered 20 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Asif Malla son of Abdul Rashid Malla of Batengoo in Anantnag.
“A case FIR no. 114/14 under Section 48 Excise Act has been registered in this regard in police station Bijbehara and investigation has been taken up,” the spokesman said.
