UDHAMPUR, Oct 16: Police today seized 44 liters illicit liquor and arrested a person in this connection under the jurisdiction of Police Station Latti.
Reports said that acting on specific information, a Police party, led by SHO Latti, Sub-Inspector Ajaz Mirza, carried out checking and recovered 4 liters of illicit liquor and 40 liters Lahan from the possession of Somraj of Chappr, who was also arrested on the spot.
In this connection, a case FIR number 18/2014 under Section 48 Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Latti.
