DODA, Mar 27: The sleuths of Forest Department here today seized illicit timber at Soti in Block Changa.
As per official sources, the sleuths of Forest Department conducted a raid at Soti Khaljugsar in Forest Range Bhellessa and seized four double windows panel and two doors.
A case in this regard has been registered under Indian Forest Act 26 and investigation started.
Range Officer Bhallessa, Suresh Jamal confirmed the seizure.
He said that action will be taken against the persons involved.
The whole operation was carried out under the supervision of Divisional Forest Officer Bhaderwah, Chander Shekhar and JK Single CF Conservator Forest Chenab Circle.
