Sir,
The Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti was much eager to raise the salary of ministers and MLAs and also hiked their medical allowance.
But, it is dismaying that the J&K Govt has not implement the 7th Pay Commission to Govt employee and pensioners. Nearly one year has passed and Government is doing nothing about this burning problem. In our country, nearly half of the States have implemented the Pay Commission.
It is only the Govt employees and pensioners who face hardships these days because of price rise.
It is requested to the Chief Minister and the Finance Minister to implement the same on priority basis.
