JAMMU, Nov 1: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) Social today reiterated its demand to implement Mandal Commission report in the Union Territory of J&K.
The demand was discussed in detail during a telephonically meeting of the AIBCU members. The members said that before abrogation of Article 370, the parties which constitute Gupkar Alliance and ruled the J&K one by one, did not allow implementation of judgement of Supreme Court of India on Mandal Commission report while the BJP which promised to implement all central rules in the UT after abrogation of Article 370, did not implement the same even after one year of abrogation of the controversial Article.
Prof Kali Dass, general secretary AIBCU, said that all the personalities of the Gupkar Alliance misused Art 370 for their own families. He said PM Modi and BJP have also done big fraud with the majority of the State people and for whom there is no abrogation in the State as implementation of Central rules is selective with a view to deprive the poor OBC people of the state from their constitutional rights.
