Implementation of all central laws in J&K demanded

JAMMU, Jan 9: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) here today held a telephonic meet which was chaired by the Union president, Abdul Majid Malik.
Speakers in the meeting said Government’s claim of abrogation of Article 370 must follow implementation of all central laws in J&K.
They said that conditions enshrined at serial number 7 of Abrogation Bill, which speaks of reservation quota in accordance with Reservation Act 2004 by the Gupkar group was condemned by BJP.
The AIBCU leaders hailed decision of Supreme Court which granted 27 per cent reservation in MBBS and specialisation in favour of OBCs and demanded that the decision must also be implemented in J&K along with implementation of 27 per cent quota for OBCs in jobs and education as per apex court’s judgement of 1992 on Mandal report.
