JAMMU, Jan 12: An impressive Shobha Yatra was taken out from Janipur to Ganesh Mandir Lower Muthi by the devotees of Swami Ramanand Ji and Prof A K Orga a spiritual soul where Ekadash Maharudra will be observed from January 14 to January 18.
On January 18 the Pran Pratishta (consecration) of Shivlingams will be performed in the temple. During the five days of Ekadash Maharudra celebrations the devotees will perform daily Puja from 9-am 12 noon and 3pm to 6pm. During the Shobha Yatra devotees were reciting bhajan Kirtan enroute to Maha Ganesh Temple, Lower Muthi.
As per the devotees of Swami Ji it will be first Ekadash Maharudra temple in North India while in South and Central India there are three Ekadash Maharudra temples. They said the importance of Ekadash Maharudra is mentioned in Yujar Ved and Shiv Mahapuran.
