JAMMU, Nov 4: Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) today organized “Aarambh-23”, a program for the students of BBA/BCA 1st semester in the College campus.
The inaugural ceremony witnessed the presence of guest speaker Monika Mitter, founder of Aradhana-A Ray of hope (NGO), Vidhi Singh Jamwal, Chairman of Jamwal Group of Educational Institutions (JGEI), Senior Professor JR Dhotra, faculty members and students.
The program commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony by Vidhi Singh Jamwal along with other guests. This was followed by an address by Professor JR Dhotra, who introduced the Institute and its history to new students.
The inaugural program also witnessed a guest session by Monika Mitter who interacted and highlighted the different pathways for students. She also highlighted her entrepreneurial journey to make them realize their dreams and motivated them to fulfill their aspirations.
The Ceremony concluded with memento presentation by Professor JR Dhotra to Monika Mitter and vote of thanks delivered by Gurshish Kour, Assistant Professor, IMS.
