Whereas the Traffic Challan Cum L. TEM for commission of violations U/Ss 179 (Causing Obstruction), 122 (Leaving Vehicle in Dangerous position), 117 (Wrong Parking) reach with 177 M.V Act are pending disposal before this Court. All the persons/ alleged violators named again each vehicle below, through this Public notice/ Proclamation are required and directed to cause their appearance before this court, on either of the following dates below:-
Dates:
08 to 11 Nov 2016 (Pre Lok Adalat Sessions) and on
12th Nov 2016 (Mega National Lok Adalat)
for disposal of the pending challans, failing which necessary action as warranted under law shall follow.
