JAMMU, July 10: The Industries and Commerce Department has appointed an Under Secretary ranked officer Dharam Paul, as the Nodal Officer of the department for ensuring the timely referral of vacancies to PSC/SSB/other recruiting committees/DPC for completion of the required procedure.
