India clinch Mohali Test by 108 runs

MOHALI :  India thrashed South Africa by 108 runs to clinch the  first Test at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) ground here today.
Chasing a modest 218, Indian spinners spun a web around the visitors to  bowl them out for a meagre 109 just after tea on day three.
Left-arm-spinner Ravindra Jadeja led from the front, scalping five wickets  while offie Ravichandran Ashwin assisted him with three wickets. Amit  Mishra and Varun Aaron chipped in with one wicket apiece. (AGENCIES)
