POONCH, June 12: Indian Army provided modern and user friendly wheel chairs to two women at Mendhar.
Both the elderly women, Gurjan Devi and Amresh Sharma of Dharamsal and Dharana respectively, were not able to walk even with the help of crutches.
The wheel chairs would thus provide them a means of carrying out their daily chores with relative ease.
This assistance by the Indian Army was highly appreciated by the family members and the recipients.
