JAMMU, Feb 14: Leader of National Democratic Party Indian (NDPI), Rajesh Gupta said that Indian culture has been changing over the past few years due to the influence of western culture.
“The westernization is affecting one of the world’s oldest and richest cultures by taking away the traditions, customs and family values that were once predominant in traditional Indian households,” he asserted in a function.
It is very unfortunate that our young generation is forgetting the traditional family values of Indian culture-the Indian culture, often labeled as an amalgamation of several cultures, spans across the Indian subcontinent and has been influenced by a history that is several millennia old, he said.
