IndiGo announces connectivity between Delhi-Itanagar

Kolkata, Sep 1 :  IndiGo, India’s preferred carrier, on Friday announced the launch of direct exclusive connectivity between Delhi and Itanagar, starting from October 2.

The airline had previously initiated operations from Donyi Polo Airport, Itanagar, on November 28, with its inaugural flights connecting Itanagar to Mumbai and Kolkata. This new connection further strengthens regional accessibility within the country and promotes ease of travel for both business and leisure travellers by offering additional flight options,according to the media release.

Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales, IndiGo, said, ” Through this new route, we aim to significantly enhance domestic connectivity and accessibility between the commercial-metropolitan hub of the national capital region and the enchanting land of dawn-lit mountains, Itanagar.
