NEW DELHI, May 21: Shares of Indostar Capital Finance today listed with a gain of nearly 5 per cent over the issue price of Rs 572.
The stock listed at Rs 600, up 4.89 per cent on BSE.
At NSE, shares of the company opened the day at Rs 600.
The company’s market valuation stood at Rs 5,368.54 crore.
In terms of equity volume, 20.08 lakh shares of the company were traded on BSE and over 1 crore shares changed hands at NSE during the morning trade.
The Rs 1,844-crore initial public offer of non-banking finance company Indostar Capital Finance was subscribed 6.80 times during May 9-11.
Price band for the offer was fixed at Rs 570-572 per share. (PTI)
