POONCH, Sept 22: IGNOU Study Centre at Govt Degree College Poonch, today organized induction ceremony for students here at its Campus.
Students admitted in various courses at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in January 2013 session were formally inducted in University in an impressive function held here today.
Dr Bagh Hussain, Co-ordinator, Study Centre IGNOU Poonch, detailed the students and councillors about the flexible, students’ friendly but quality education at People’s University (IGNOU). More than 100 students of Under Graduate and Post Graduate Streams participated in the induction programme
Khadam Hussain HoD Geography, who presided over the function, appreciated facilities and services provided by Regional Director IGNOU in Poonch Study Centre.
Later, the study materials were distributed among the newly inducted students.
