SRINAGAR, Dec 6: An infant girl died due to asphyxia as fire broke out in a residential house Kurhama Ganderbal.
A police spokesman one year old baby girl Rabia Mushtaq daughter of Mushtaq Ahmed Bhat was burnt to death when fire engulfed her father’s house. The ground floor of the house was also completely gutted in the fire.
Elsewhere, in Kupwara two residential houses of Abdul Rashid Dar son of Subhan Dar and Ghulam Hassan Dar son of Ghulam Mohammad were completely gutted in fire.
Fire also broke out in the two cowsheds of Ghulam Mohammad Dar and Abdul Gani Dar sons of Mohammad Jamal resident of Bumhama, Kupwara.
