Srinagar, July 14: Army today killed three militants in an ongoing operation in the Keran sector of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

An official said that during an anti-infiltration operation movement of militants was detected by security forces.
During the firefight, three militants were killed and arms and ammunition were recovered from the spot. “The identity of the slain militants is being ascertained,” he said.
The operation in the area was still underway, they said.
