Influx of foreigners

Sir,
Sometime back a senior politician had shown deep concern regarding the influx of foreigners into the valley especially from Bangladesh and Burma which is a matter of great concern to the State. This influx will not only change demography of the State but have other ramifications on the economic, social and political aspects. The number of families have risen to 425 from 325. The burden of such people will have a direct repercussion on increasing population, thereby adding to the economic burden over the State which it is already facing financially. Such people have mostly settled in the  outskirts of Jammu, thus giving rise to new colonies by  graffing land.
Their influx sometimes causes such problems for the State that it is not possible to cope up with them. So why not to nip the evil in the bud before it gets too late. When the Govt has not been able to solve problems of refugees of 1947, 1965 and 1971, what to talk of such people?
Yours etc…..
