New Infosys CEO Salil Parekh will earn an annual salary of ₹16.25 crore which includes ₹9.75 crore variable pay. He will also get an annual grant of ₹3.25 crore in restricted stock units, ₹13 crore in annual performance equity grants and ₹9.75 crore as a one-time equity grant. His predecessor Vishal Sikka’s total remuneration in 2016-17 was about ₹45 crore.
