Injustice with refugees

Sir,
This has reference to the articles item “Injustice  with refugees” dated 29th Jan.2017 by Dr.. Ram Chander Sharma .We, the POJK DPs hail the initiative taken by the author in highlighting and stressing the grievances of PoJK refugees  living in and outside the J&K State .It has been strongly worded and all the aspects of this issue have been judiciously  covered .It will surely support the movement in a long way  .The issue has never been seen in the light of the day  on moral  and ethical grounds by the Governments. We all appreciate the initiative and are hopeful that  if all the organizations working for the same cause hold each other’s  hand, the issue will emerge as a strong movement.
Now and then  one or the other organization is reminding the Government about the injustice but the authorities   have not shown any interest to the cause or given a serious heed to the  woes of these refugees. In this matter the most ignored  one are the 5300 families settled in other States of India  outside Jammu who were duly registered with the Provincial Rehabilitation Department Jammu . Despite the repeated requests and reminders to all the concerned authorities at Centre and State level, nothing has been done except false promises and throwing the ball in each other’s Courts .Despite  the strong recommendations made in Report No.183 of  Rajya Sabha , no uniform criteria for disposal of the claims has been adopted by the Governments so far which is a cruel joke with the refugees  in a  Democratic set up.We pray the Apex Court will not keep its eyes closed in the matter and open its  arms and take cause in its fold.
Yours etc….
