LONE
Am I secure ?
I can’t say I’m not.
Financially may be,
But emotionally may be not.
I like luxuries
Afterall who does not?
Unfortunately those diamonds
that shine bright ,
cannot bring me the peace of mind.
Born lone they call me,
But that isn’t what i thought!
The pen provides an outlet for my thoughts
And the books seem to me nice company ,
Without complaints and no demands.
Day dreamer they accused me of!
But i can’t help it even if I want,
When it’s only in dreams
Where I can be true myself
With no restrictions
No judgemental retorts.

AN ODE TO ARMY
Selfless aim, no greed,
Leave your fathers and mothers
You left your beloved wives and children
Just to serve their motherland.
You paddle through a river you made,
Rowing through your success and fame,
Paddle through the blood,
The blood of your countries son.
You follow the order of the state,
Never consider them right or wrong
The only thing matters
Is to strengthen the community of the state.
You are not tired anytime,
You are great men in service
You are holding onto craziness of courageous times
Of forays into dark lands and hot deserts.
You bleed , you die
Never complain with any despair
You overcome all the herculean tasks,
Making your brethren feel in peace.

MY HOUSE
My house is too big and large
It gives me all the comforts
of the world so far
My house has large ventilated halls
I have placed world’s most sumptuous paintings on my walls
Then comes my beautiful garden
It is so nicely widened
Multicolour flowers are so appealing
I could not stop myself from stealing
When I sit open in the sun
I am always in the mood of having fun
My house is raised to a certain height
At the top of it I love to fly kites
I have a parrot who lives in a real tight cage
From there it can witness
the worldwide stage
My room is like a wonderland
All my toys in it are first hand
My house has a hidden treasure
I love to enjoy its leisure
My house is the best in the town
I move around it wearing my white gown
My house is so adoring
I couldn’t stop myself from exploring
So in its appreciation I decide to recite
When everybody will be asleep tonight
