WHO I”M

I’m a reckless mistake
I’m a cold night intake
I’m a one night to long
I’m a come on too strong!
I’m a hold my cards close
I’m a wreck what I love most
I’m a first class let down
I’m a shut up sit down,
I am a head case
I am the color of boom
That’s never arriving
At you are e pay raise
Always a touch out of view
And I am the color of boom!
I’m a midnight talker
I’m an alley walker
I’m a day late two face
I’m a burn out quick pace,
I am a head case
I am the color of boom
Thats never arriving
At you are the Opera
Always on time and in tune
And I am the color of boom.

Brevity

Time changes but dates repeat,
Shrouded in the oblivion of obscurity:
Remembrance is felt in it’s neat.
Judging the past and
it’s sheer purity,
‘Resurrection’- it is the real beast:
Gives a reason to re-live
stalwart loyalty,
Forces to relish the
inevitable feast….
Which oft times one regrets as the
Occurrence of old-damp
unforgettable monotony.

Canvas of Spring

Spring is here
Bright and warm
Melting snow
And colour hills
Sun-kissed earth
Green and fresh
Budding leaves,
And birds sing
Blooming flowers
Humming bees
Butterflies flutter
And squirrels mischief!
Clear blue sky
Gentle breeze
Sweet perfume
A breath of fresh air
On a canvas, with pastels
I paint, the beauty of spring

I miss you, my dad!!!

My dad who was very great
He was filled with love
In my life he was the biggest part
As he always remained in my heart
He was a special person who always cared
But suddenly from my life, he disappeared
The news of his death came like a big shock
I asked God why you took my dad
Even though you have left me
You’re still in my heart
You’ll always be close
Even though we’re far apart
While you’re in heaven,
please watch over me
And help me as I grow
You have taught me so much
But there is still so much more to know
I’m not going to say good-bye
Or that I can’t go on
I’ll say I love you, and see you later
Even though you’re gone
I love you dad, more
than you’ll ever know
I know you’ll be in
heaven as a shining star
No matter how far away you seem
Heaven is never too far!!!
