SRINAGAR, Aug 24: The Government has ordered inquiry against President, Municipal Committee (MC), Khansahib, Irfan Ahmed Khan for abusing his official powers.
Official sources said that Principal Secretary to Govt, Housing and Urban Development Department, Prashant Goyal has appointed Dr Bashir Ahmed Bhat, Vice Chairman, J&K Lake Conservation and Management Authority as Inquiry officer, to conduct thorough probe into the allegations against MC President, Arfan Ahmed and submit report to the Administrative Department within 15 days.
