JAMMU, Dec 29: Social Welfare Department has ordered an inquiry into errors of commission/omission by the District Programme Officers while making purchases of the pre-school books for AWCs in violation of the codal procedure in the year 2017-18 as reported by the MD ICDS.
Anil Kumar Dogra, Director Finance, Social Welfare Department, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer to examine the alleged errors of commission and omission. He shall submit a report with concrete recommendations within a period of one month.
