JAMMU, July 10: The Government has ordered promotion of Showkat Sultan, Inspector Telecom as Incharge Deputy Superintendent of Police Telecom on stop gap basis.
An order to this effect was issued by Home Department today. Mr Sultan has been promoted in his own pay and grade with the benefit of charge allowance as admissible under rules.
