DODA, Jan 7: Police here today has registered an FIR against the administrator of controversial Instagram account of Bhaderwah Confession Page for allegedly defaming many individuals by sharing fabricated and malicious content about their personal lives.
Sources informed that the action has been initiated following several complaints from victims who alleged that the page had used their names to spread false stories, causing significant damage to their personal lives.
Reports indicate that the page has adversely affected the reputation and relationships of many individuals these days.
Accordingly, on the directions of SSP Doda, Sandeep Mehta, an FIR with number 03/2025 U/S 351(2), 351(3), 351(4) 352, 353 BNS and 66-D of IT Act has been registered at Police Station Bhaderwah in this regard and investigation started.
