JAMMU, Oct 13: Inter-District Divisional Level Competitions of District Jammu in the sports disciplines of Kho-Kho Girls, under all age groups concluded at High School Jammu Cantt, here today.
The participants of different Districts of Jammu Division took part in the Tournament.
The competitions were organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports under the patronage of Dr Saleem-Ur-Rehman, Director General Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director. Chanchal Kour, District Youth Services & Sports Officer Jammu was the Organising Secretary of the Tournament.
On conclusion ceremony, the trophies were distributed among the winners and runners-up teams by the dignitaries present on the occasion.
The main objective of the Tournament was to select the teams/players for the next level of competitions.
In the final, Doda District prevailed over District Rajouri in a close contest by 1 point.
The matches were officiated by a panel of experts of the Department of Youth Services and Sports.
