JAMMU, Feb 3: Convenor, Department of Training, BJP J&K, Dr. Parneesh Mahajan has termed the Interim Budget-2024 as common man’s budget.
In a handout he said that it has been yet again proved that for the Government led by PM Modi, common people of the country are on top priority.
The senior BJP leader said that Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman has rolled out a balanced fiscal document.
He said that the interim Budget expanded the scope of several social welfare schemes for the benefit of priority groups of the government like poor sections of the society.
Dr. Parneesh said that interim Budget is prima facie a very pragmatic and growth-oriented arrangement of funds and finance with continued focus on conservative revenue estimation and fiscal consolidation.
He said that the remarkable feature of this interim budget is that it will bring down borrowings in FY25 thus leading to the decline of bond yields.
