SAMBA, May 8: The irate people including the relatives and family members of 12 year old Vishal Sharma who is reportedly missing for last four days held a demonstration at Vijaypur Chowk demanding that the boy be traced immediately.
The protesters also blocked the Jammu -Pathankote National Highway for half an hour. Raising slogans against the Police authorities the protesters demanded that the missing boy be located immediately.
Later SDPO Vijaypur Shamsher Singh Sambyal and SHO Vijaypur Ajay Singh Bandral assured the protesters that police will search the boy and teams have been fanned in different areas in this regard. The duo informed them that already police has sent wireless messages in different areas to have the clue of missing boy.
While talking to reporters the parents of the boy alleged that the police has failed to locate him till date and in case the could not trace the boy by tomorrow morning the people of Vijaypur town and adjoining areas will come on National Highway and launch a mass agitation.
