IRCS organizes Medical Camp

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Jan 31: Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) Jammu Region today organized a medical and eye check-up camp at Ahata-e-Wager-a Day Care and Recreation Centre at Roop Nagar for senior citizens. During the camp, free medicines along with free medical consultation, nutrition advice, blood pressure check-up and eye checkup was given to the visiting patients. The team of Red Cross Medical Department which accomplished the Camp included Dr. Kavita Nijohn Verma and Dr. Aasia Noor-Medical Officers; Joginder Kumar, Pharmacist and Kuldeep Bhat, Ophthalmologist. The Camp was organized under the supervision of Sat Pal Sharma, Honorary Secretary IRCS Jammu Region who ensured that health of the elderly people should be taken proper care of.
