SRINAGAR, Apr 1: The School Education Department has appointed Abid Hussain, Joint Director (South), Directorate of School Education Kashmir, as Inquiry Officer to enquire into the charges framed against officers/officials involved in financial irregularities made by them in SSA fund for civil works construction in Zone Dangerpora in Baramulla district.
Sanjay Pandita shall be the Presenting Officer. The Inquiry Officer shall complete the enquiry and submit report to the Administrative Department by Apr 20.
Charge-sheets were served upon the accused officers and officials vide order No.Ed/Plan-SE/894/2013-14, dated 27-12-2016. Upon examination of reply to the article of charges, submitted by the accused officials, the Government has appointed the Inquiry Officer to enquire into the charges framed against them.
