ISEOA expresses concern over delay in regularisation

JAMMU, Dec 14: In-charge School Education Officer Association (ISEOA) expressed concern over unlimited delaying promotion of the Headmaster, ZEOs and Principals of ZEO cadre, here today.
The Association held a meeting of retired and working officers wherein the office bearers and executive members from J&K and Ladakh UT participated and castigated the department concerned for submitting documents which were submitted by these officers during the time of promotion and retirement.
“Although, these officers had submitted the documents through proper channels for their regularisation from the year of 2017 to 2021 every year in response to different letters issued by the Administrative department,” they alleged.
Abdul Qayoom Wani said that the Principal Secretary and Special Secretary would keep their commitment and fix the responsibility of the officers /officials who were responsible for delaying the regularisation process of these officers. “Due to unlimited delay of the regularisation, the whole cadre in mental trauma and more than 1000 officers have passed away without getting their legitimate right, while thousands have retired and are facing humiliation from the department concerned,” Wani said.
The meeting decided to stage a protest by deciding further course of action against the department in the coming days against the injustice faced by them from years together.
Abdul Qayoom Wani also expressed hope that the Principal Secretary Alok Kumar and Special Secretary Naseer Ahmed Wani will feel the pain of the officers and come up with their expectation as early as possible to keep up their commitment made with the officers earlier.
