ISM Directorate hosts training on Ayushman Bharat

Jammu, Oct 14: The second session of comprehensive training programme on integration of AYUSH in Ayushman Bharat including primary health care through Health & Wellness centers was organized by the Directorate of ISM J&K.
The session was inaugurated by the Deputy Director ISM Jammu Dr. Anil Kant Gupta along with Dr. Taran Singh Medical Superintendent Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital Jammu and Dr. Rohit Gupta Assistant Controller PMS Jammu and Dr. Vikram Singh Jamwal Nodal Officer HWC, Jammu division.
Dr. Vikram Singh Jamwal gave brief introduction about the training programme to medical officers serving in their respective Government ISM dispensaries.
Dr. Anil Kant Gupta emphasized on medical officers of ISM dispensaries to work with zeal and enthusiasm to reach out to people in far flung areas and organize awareness among the masses.
Dr. Rohit Gupta urged upon participants to take maximum benefits from this programme and apply the same at their respective Government ISM dispensaries to fulfill aim for preventive, promotive and curative health care.
Dr. Taran Singh recommended working with passion and keenness to elevate the applicability of Ayush System of medicines in our daily life.
Dr. Rajesh Gupta, Dr. Shaily Jalan, Dr. Manjeet Singh, Dr. Chetan Singh and Dr. Dharminder Kumar are the resource persons. The whole event was managed by Dr. Vimal Sharma and Dr. Sandeep Charak.
