Sir,
Recently the J.K. School Education Administrative Department filled up Lecturers posts in many subjects by way of promoting the masters, teachers, incharge lecturers through DPC but many of these promotees did not report to their Direction offices and as such these posts are lying vacant and the students suffer for non-availability of lecturers in many subjects.
Therefore, it is requested to the Education Minister to kindly direct the Commissioner-cum-Secretary Education Department to issue waiting/supplimentary lists for these vacant posts of incharge lecturers in various disciplines to the best interests of students of the State.
