IT Secy appointed Nodal Officer for ATRs on PRAGATI

JAMMU, Dec 24: Government today appointed Commissioner Secretary, Information Technology Department as Nodal Officer for digitization of the state level clearances for setting up of new business and updation of ATRs on the e-Samiksha portal.
According to the order issued by the General Administration Department, the Commissioner Secretary, Information Technology Department will be the Nodal Officer for updating the status and ATRs with respect to PRAGATI on the e-Samiksha portal/website.
The Director (BADP/CSS), Planning and Development Department shall be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to receive, collate and update the status of ATRs in respect of the decisions taken in PRAGATI meetings from the concerned departments and share the same with the Nodal Officer.
The concerned departments have been asked to provide the updated status/ATRs in respect of the action points of PRAGATI meetings, in the first week of every month to the SPOC, who shall provide the consolidated status report to the Nodal Officer in the second week of the month-before the next PRAGATI meeting.
The Nodal Officer will upload the consolidated status on the portal and apprise the Chief Secretary in the third week.
