UDHAMPUR, May 12: An ITBP Jawan was found dead under mysterious circumstances at ITBP Training Center Chak Road, here today.
According to the reports, the Jawan namely H/C Driver Sher Singh (number 907020692CT/Drv) son of Deen Dayal of Mohinder Garh Punjab, at present 15 Battalion ITBP Chak Road Udhampur, was found unconscious in ITBP Training Center Chak Road Udhampur. He was rushed to hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Rehambal Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
Meanwhile, a motorcyclist sustained injuries when his bike was hit by a truck near Styani Udhampur.
The injured, identified as Hem Raj (45) son of Mangal Ram of Subash Nagar Udhampur, has been admitted in the District Hospital.
