UDHAMPUR, Feb 13: An ITBP jawan sustained bullet injury when his service rifle accidentally went off, here this morning.
The jawan was identified Prem Singh, son of Sher Singh of Rajasthan. He was cleaning his service carbine rifle at ITBP 15, Battalion Chack Morh Udhampur, premises this morning around 10.30 a.m when he accidentally pressed trigger of the rifle. The bullet his shoulder leaving him injured.
The jawan was rushed to the District Hospital Udhampur in view of his critical condition.
