IYC organizes youth convention in Tral

SRINAGAR, July 14: The Indian Youth Congress organized a worker convention today in the Tral area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, where speakers highlighted the importance of youth in the political landscape of Jammu and Kashmir.
A spokesperson said that the convention, organized by Manpreet Singh Mani, All India Joint Secretary of the Indian Youth Congress, aimed to galvanize youth for active participation in political and social initiatives, reflecting a broader theme of political engagement and community development. He mentioned that hundreds of youths and residents of Tral attended the convention, demonstrating their support and enthusiasm.
The spokesperson added that prominent political figures, including Surinder Singh Channi, vice president of the Jammu and Kashmir Congress, emphasized that youth are catalysts for change and their involvement is crucial for the betterment of the community.
The spokesperson highlighted that Manpreet Singh Mani underscored the significance of grassroots involvement, urging young attendees to follow Rahul Gandhi’s vision. He praised Rahul Gandhi’s leadership as a beacon guiding towards a more inclusive and prosperous future, commending him for his commitment to empowering youth and addressing the nation’s pressing issues.
Regarding Maan Singh Rathore, IYC Secretary and Incharge of the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (JKPYC), the spokesperson mentioned that he also addressed the gathering, focusing on strategies for political mobilization and the need for a united front to tackle the community’s challenges. He added that Shoaib Magrey highlighted the critical role of youth engagement in the future of the Congress party.
