JAMMU, Mar 28: Pradesh Congress Committee president Ghulam Ahmed Mir has constituted the State Committee of the Minority Department of the PCC in consultation with AICC minority department.
According to a PCC spokesman, senior leader of the Congress Party and Dy Chairman Legislative Council, Jahangir Mir has been appointed as chairman of the State unit of the Minority wing.
S Gurdarshan Singh (Jammu) and Dawa Tsering (Leh) have been appointed as Vice Chairmen while Chaman Jain, Sardar Janak Singh, Michael Wazir (Jammu) and Saira Bano, Jasbeer Kour and Karnail Singh (Kashmir) have been appointed as State Coordinators.
